Our proprietary process makes use of communications you already have in place to track payments and attribute them to invoices. That means even in the worst case scenario, your finances are safe and secure.

  • No. To ensure you have the best possible experience, we will work directly with you to set up your custom workbook and provide direct, human support to ensure you are confident using the system.

  • Absolutely not! Unlike credit cards or payment processors, we don’t charge you a percentage of the money you bring in. Instead, we recommend using Zelle, which has no associated fee to use. Then, we will set up our program to track payments you receive and apply them to customer invoices. We charge a flat monthly fee, meaning you keep more of the money you earn.

  • No! We created Sahavo to be different. There is minimal learning curve and there will never be a need to purchase cumbersome instruction manuals to understand how it works. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can use Sahavo.
